Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are included in your order total — no surprise charges upon delivery, anywhere in the world.
We handle all customs clearance and import duties on your behalf, so your order arrives smoothly without any additional payment required at the door. This applies to all international destinations we ship to.
Sophia Guo Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Orders refused or unclaimed at customs may be subject to return shipping fees deducted from any applicable refund.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only make changes before an order has been dispatched. Once a shipping label has been generated, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional carrier fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as promptly as possible.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Returned & Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees will apply. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the item value minus the original shipping cost and any return freight charges incurred.
