If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. Contact us with your order number and photos before sending your item. Customers are responsible for tracked shipping to our studio in China. If the defect is approved, the repair is free and we cover one standard return shipment.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water or chemical damage, lost beads when the cause cannot be determined, and third-party repairs are not covered. If a repair is not covered, we’ll provide a quote and return-shipping cost before work begins.
