1、Our Studio to Your Home

Every piece of art is created, hand-picked, and shipped directly from Sophia Guo’s studio in Shenzhen, China. As an independent artist, I personally oversee the packaging of every order to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.

2、Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to get your art to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–5 business days. (Original paintings and sculptures may require 2 extra days for custom professional crating).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+8 - China Standard Time).

3、International Shipping Rates

  • Free Global Shipping (Over $100 USD): Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days)
  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD Flat Rate (7–14 business days)
  • Express Shipping (DHL): $45.00 USD (5–8 business days)

Heavy Sculptures & Oil Paintings

  • Free DHL Express: (3–5 business days)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP): All-inclusive pricing. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import duties and taxes are covered by us — no extra charges at delivery. What you see is what you pay.

4、Special Care for Sculptures

Sculptures are unique, fragile souls. To ensure their safety during the long international journey:
  • Professional Packaging: Each piece is secured in custom-fitted high-density foam and durable wooden crates to ensure maximum protection.
  • Included Repair Kit: For our handmade sculptures, we include a specialized repair kit and matching accessories. This allows for any minor adjustments that might be needed after their long journey.
  • Full Insurance: All original sculptures are shipped with comprehensive insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

5、Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship all international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
  • This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are pre-paid by our studio.
  • There will be no additional charges or surprise fees collected by the carrier upon delivery to your doorstep.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Standard Merchandise (Prints & Daily Necessities)
    We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
    Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend sending your return via a tracked shipping service, and please ensure that your items arrive back to us in the same condition they were received.
  • Original Art & Sculptures
    Due to the bespoke, fragile, and unique nature of our handmade sculptures and original paintings, these pieces are generally considered final sale. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns upon receiving an original artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please do not return it immediately. Instead, please contact us at sguo1314@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
  • Return Process & Address
    All returns must be pre-authorized. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions for our Shenzhen studio. After your return is received and processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange.
