Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping information for Japan and Hong Kong
Japan orders: JPY ¥500 standard shipping, estimated 6–7 business days after dispatch, with free standard shipping on orders of JPY ¥8,000 or more.
Hong Kong orders: HKD HK$20 standard shipping, estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch, with free standard shipping on orders of HKD HK$500 or more.
All orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are separate from processing time.
