1. Our Studio to Your Home
Every piece is prepared and shipped directly from Sophia Guo Studio in Shenzhen, China. We currently ship only to the destinations available at checkout. We do not currently ship to Norway or Switzerland.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–4 business days. Original paintings and sculptures may require additional preparation time.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

4. Special Care for Sculptures
Sculptures receive professional protective packaging. Original sculptures are shipped with insurance where available. Shipping options and final charges shown at checkout apply.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for destinations we currently serve. Import duties, customs fees, and applicable local taxes are included in the order total, with no additional payment required at delivery.
