1. Our Studio to Your Home

Every piece of art is created, hand-picked, and shipped directly from Sophia Guo’s studio in Shanghai, China. As an independent artist, I personally oversee the packaging of every order to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to get your art to you as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: 3–5 business days (Original paintings and sculptures may require 2 extra days for custom professional crating).

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (Available for prints and merchandise).

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (Recommended for original artworks and sculptures).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping Rates

United States and Canada:

  • Orders over $80: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $80: $8.00 Standard Shipping.

  • Express Shipping: $30.00.

Rest of the World:

  • Orders over $80: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00.

  • Express Shipping: $45.00.

4. Special Care for Sculptures

Sculptures are unique, fragile souls. To ensure their safety during the long international journey:

  • Professional Packaging: We use custom-fitted foam and wood boxes.

  • Included Repair Kit: For handmade sculptures, we include a specialized Repair Kit and matching accessories. This is a standard practice for delicate artworks to address any minor shifts that may occur during transit.

  • Insurance: All original sculptures are shipped with full insurance coverage.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • USA: Most orders under $800 are typically duty-free.

  • Canada: Your order may be subject to GST/HST upon entry. These are collected by the carrier during delivery.

  • Other Countries: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or VAT required by their local government.
